Sony officially announces the PS3
Sony have unveiled the Playstation 3. In an attempt to outdo MS at everything, they've even made their controller a bigger mess than the XBox 360's.
BTW, did you notice that you can connect 7 controllers wirelessly. Why 7 you may ask. It's because in a bluetooth piconet you can only connect 8 devices which when you include the console, means 7 controllers. However, I'm reminded of the following quote from There's something about Mary.

Damn, that controller is ugly. And the PS3 reminds me of the Spiderman DVD for some reason.
Ugly is the operative word. I don’t like the design at all, the design of the controller is beyond hope and the smooth, minimalist look just doesn’t look good to me. I can’t wait for the fan-boy arguements to start though…
