The MSDN page on IE7's CSS compatibility should provide some useful information for those interested in getting prepared for IE7. There's also an IE7 page on the ever useful CSS-discuss wiki.

Also, don't forget that IE7 beta 2 has been publically available for a week now. Whilst it's not a "standalone installation", you can revert back to the previous version when you uninstall. Personally, I'm more inclined to work in the other direction and install multiple standalone copies of IE.
