The colour red is trademarked

Looks like Coca Cola will be in trouble. Royal Mail have trademarked the colour red. This is hot on the trail of the trademarking of the colour blue.

"Royal Mail, the Royal Mail Cruciform, the colour red and SmartStamp are all registered trademarks of Royal Mail Group plc."

Well, at least I'm safe… oh heck, I'll live dangerously. [via]

    Does it apply to all shades of red they use on their website (which, by the way, are all websafe, ain’t them smart)? :P
