Flow

Flow

Flow is an absolutely beautiful game by Xinghan "Jenova" Chen. Created for his University of Southern California thesis project, it's a delight to both watch and play. Guide your little creature through the ocean until he's large enough to take on some of the larger inhabitants. Wonderful stuff. [via]

House.com

Fancy turning your home into a geek hub? Why not wire up your whole house with cameras and monitors like this guy in the Netherlands and display all the data on the net.

LED table

LED table

I'm torn; I'm not sure if I should like this LED table for it's geek appeal or run away from the garish, disco-fever look…

Toei Spiderman

Somehow, I don't think the Japanese writers at Toei really understood Spiderman. I guess Hirayama Toru can turn any series into Kamen Rider, though it's slightly strange seeing Spiderman piloting a giant mecha robot.

TOEI Spiderman

Awesome intro sequence though; I love that music! Even the annoying "fansub" doesn't take away too much from the innate charm of that piece. Tokusatsu and Marvel; a match made in heaven:)

iPod NES

iPod in a Nes controller

Dave Sonnenshein squeezes a iPod shuffle into a NES controller. I'd can imagine someone putting this on their belt Captain N style.

Dan Rubin

Dan "Superfluous Banter" Rubin moves to WP and launches a lovely redesign to boot; it's a shame that this is only going to be temporary as he'll be rebooting come May the 1st so go and take a look whilst it's still up.

Speaking of CSS Reboot; I've signed up this time around. I have a pretty clear idea of where I'm going and, hopefully, I'll be able to find some time to work on it before Reboot comes round. Regardless, come May 1st, this design will be no more and you'll see If..Else sporting a whole new look.

Hunt for real life ‘were-rabbit’

Sharp-shooters have been brought in to hunt a were-rabbit.

"This is no ordinary rabbit. We are dealing with a monster. It is absolutely massive. I have seen its prints and they are huge, bigger than a deer. It is a brute of a thing."

Smells like a hoax mixed in with overexcited imaginations to me.

Net access back

Finally, my home internet access difficulties seem to be resolved. It's amazing how difficult life is without reliable net access.

Crackpot Sat Nav drive people off cliff

Drivers following satellite navigation systems through a village called Crackpot have been directed along a track at the edge of a 100ft cliff.

Technology does not obviate the need for a driver.

Flexible arms

It's good to be flexible
