Can I have the theme you're using for my own blog?
This question gets phrased a variety of ways but the answer is always the same one. The design on if..else is a custom design for my own personal use only and is not available for public download.

The WP support forum is a good place to look for assistance. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to help out everyone who emails me 1; however, the WP support forum is a good place to look for answers to your problem. You might even see me there from time to time.
Can I hire you?
The short answer is yes. The longer answer is that I'll need some more details first. It's helpful if you provide some information on the scale of the project, what it is that you want/are looking for, your site's address and any other details that might help. The more information you provide, the easier it is for both of us to proceed.
I'm currently not taking on any new projects at the moment.
Do you want to exchange links?
Nope. The links that I have on blogrolls are those that I enjoy reading.
I'm using one of your themes; can I modify it? Can I remove the credit?
Of course you can. The themes were designed with the intention that they'd be customised and changed to your satisfaction. I'd be pleased that you found it useful enough to work with. There's also no need to leave in the credit; it's a nice thing to do but I'm cool with you removing the link and credit. However, if you're redistributing the theme (customised or otherwise), I'd appreciate a nod-back; it's not required of course, but it'd be professionally courteous.

I'm generally pretty busy and so I might not always be able to respond in a timely manner. Occasionally, your email might be caught in my spam folder. I try to respond to any incoming mail but if you don't hear back from me, there's no harm in resending the email.
